Southern Fried Chicken Bites

A deep South inspired seasoning that brings comfort and crunch rich paprika, peppery warmth, and savoury herbs wrapped in a golden, crispy finish.

Chicken pieces (breast or thigh chunks)

Bangin Southern Fried Chicken spice

Plain flour (for coating)

Oil for deep frying or baking

Optional: dipping sauce (e.g., sriracha mayo)

Directions

Pat chicken dry, then toss with spice mix.

Add flour gradually, coating each piece evenly to create a light crust.

Heat oil to 170–180°C (medium-high).

Fry in batches for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
(Alternatively: bake at 200°C / 400°F for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway for even crisping.)

Drain on kitchen paper and rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve hot with your chosen dipping sauce.
