Bangin Greek Style spice
Olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Wooden skewers
Pita bread, tzatziki, and salad for serving
Directions
Combine lamb with spice mix, olive oil, and lemon juice, mixing thoroughly.
Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight preferred for tenderness).
Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread lamb onto skewers.
Grill or cook in a hot pan for 10–12 minutes, turning regularly, until browned and cooked to your liking.
Rest for a few minutes before serving with pita, tzatziki, and salad.
