Chinese 5 Spice Beef Stir-Fry

ingredients
Beef, thinly sliced
Bangin Chinese 5 Spice
2 tbsp oil
Red bell pepper, sliced
Yellow bell pepper, sliced
Small broccoli crown, cut into florets
Small onion, sliced
Soy sauce
Honey (optional)
Steamed rice or noodles, to serve
Directions
Slice beef thinly against the grain for tenderness.
Toss with spice mix and set aside for 10–15 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
Sear beef in batches for 1–2 minutes, then remove (prevents overcrowding).
Stir-fry vegetables for 3–4 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
Return beef to the pan, add soy sauce and optional honey.
Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until well coated and heated through.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
