Fajita Chicken Bowls

A Tex-Mex favourite that sizzles with smoky paprika, cumin, and garlic bold, vibrant, and made for that fresh off the pan flavour hit.

ingredients

Chicken breast or thigh, sliced into strips

Bangin Fajita spice

Red bell pepper, sliced

Green bell pepper, sliced

Onion, sliced

Oil

Cooked rice or 2–3 small tortillas

Avocado, sliced

Salsa

Sour cream or shredded cheese

Directions

Toss chicken strips with spice mix until evenly coated.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté onions and peppers for 4–5 minutes until softened with a slight char.

Return chicken to the pan and toss together briefly.

Assemble bowls with rice or tortillas, then layer chicken mixture on top.

Finish with avocado, salsa, and sour cream or cheese.

Serve immediately.
