Chicken Tikka Wraps

An Indian-inspired blend bursting with warm spices that swirl together like a street market at dusk fragrant cumin, smoky paprika, and a gentle heat balanced by creamy yogurt and a squeeze of citrus.

Chicken breast, cubed

Bangin Original Tikka spice

Plain yogurt

Large flatbreads or wraps

Shredded lettuce

Cucumber, sliced thinly

Mint yogurt sauce or plain yogurt mixed with mint

Directions

In a bowl, combine the chicken with the spice mix and yogurt, ensuring every piece is well coated.

Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours (overnight for deeper flavour).

Preheat oven or grill to 200°C / 400°F.

Spread the chicken evenly on a tray or skewer and cook for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway, until fully cooked and lightly charred at the edges.

Warm the flatbreads, then fill with chicken, lettuce, cucumber, and a generous drizzle of mint yogurt sauce.

Serve immediately
