This easy, no-fuss method creates bold, sizzling chicken fajitas packed with vibrant flavour. With Bangin Spice Mix, you’ll get that classic, irresistible fajita taste every time.
Pour 320ml of water into a jug. Add the contents of the jar, stir well until fully combined, and leave to stand for 5 minutes to allow the sauce to develop.
Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add 3–4 diced chicken breasts and cook until sealed and lightly golden on all sides.
Add sliced onion, peppers and courgette to the pan, then pour in the prepared sauce. Stir well and cook for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
Serve sizzling in warm tortillas or over fluffy rice with guacamole, fresh salsa, sour cream, grated cheese, jalapeños and a squeeze of lime for the ultimate fiesta feast.
