Boneless chicken (thighs or breast), cut into bite-sized pieces

This simple, no-fuss method shows you how to create beautifully seasoned chicken, packed with bold flavour using Bangin Spice Mix for that classic, irresistible taste.
In a jug, combine 360ml of water with 40ml (4 tablespoons) of oil. Stir well and leave to stand for 5 minutes to allow the marinade to develop.
This marinade is sufficient for 2 whole chickens (or equivalent portions).
Coat the chicken evenly and marinate for at least 10 minutes, or for deeper flavour, leave overnight in the refrigerator.
Cook using your preferred method — air fryer, oven, grill, BBQ, or pan — until golden, caramelised and cooked through.
Ensure the chicken is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.
Serve with crispy roasted potatoes, fresh seasonal salad and a drizzle of garlic yoghurt or herb sauce for a complete, flavour-packed meal.
