Directions
Now that you’ve got your ingredients ready, it’s time to get cooking!
This simple, no-fuss method shows you how to make Original Chicken Tikka, packed with bold flavour using Bangin Spice Mix for that classic, irresistible taste.
Start by adding 320 ml of water to a jug. Empty the contents of the jar into the water, stir well until combined, and set aside for 5 minutes to allow the sauce to develop.
Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 3–4 diced chicken breasts and fry until the chicken is sealed on all sides.
Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Reduce the heat and allow the dish to simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the chicken is tender.
Before serving, ensure the chicken is fully cooked and piping hot throughout. Serve your Original Chicken Tikka with rice, naan, or your favorite sides.
